SERVES 6 PREPARATION: 30 MINUTES COOKING: 25 MINUTES 2 onions, finely chopped 1 cup packed ground pork 1 cup packed ground beef 1 tsp dried oregano 1 cup fresh white bread crumbs 1 tsp ground cumin ½ tsp grated nutmeg 1 egg, beaten salt and freshly ground black pepper 5 tbsp olive oil 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped pinch of chili powder 2 x 14 oz (400 g) cans chopped tomatoes ½ cup vegetable stock 1 Place half of the onions, the pork and beef, oregano, bread crumbs, cumin, nutmeg, and egg into a large bowl.

Slice 4 small cooked chicken breasts and toss into the dressing. Divide the mixture between 4 soft wraps. Top with shredded lettuce, grated carrot, fresh grated Parmesan cheese, and freshly ground black pepper and roll up.
